Five On Wednesday #10

Clockwise from top left: Cactus bag, Mango | ‘Tell Laura’ Hot Lips Lipstick, Charlotte Tilbury | Black lace top, La Redoute | Lait-Crème Fluide, Embryolisse at Cult Beauty | Ballet flats in navy, Topshop

CACTUS: Along with palm print, cactus patterns are my current go-to for an instant dose of summer. This rattan shopper from Mango would add a quirky touch to your shopping trip, or make a fab beach accessory. Mine’s a Piña Colada please. Also, have you SEEN how good the Mango sale is? Check out some of the clutch bags reduced to less than a tenner… and here.

CHARLOTTE: OK, so you KNOW how much I loves me a good lipstick – and this new collection from Charlotte Tilbury is a lipstick range that does good too.  The Hot Lips collection has been created in collaboration with twelve gorgeous celebrity women for an incredible charity: Women for Women International. One pound from each lipstick sale in the first two months of sales will be donated to the charity. This is Tell Laura, a lovely orange red created in collaboration with style crush Laura Bailey. New fave.

CHIC: Nail a totally chic summer with one nifty little number from La Redoute. I love that this could be worn with a midi skirt for the office, or with white jeans and pom pom espadrilles for weekend bohemia. Also available in white.

CREAM: I’m a sucker for any cream that looks a) quite scientific and b) is French, so Embryolisse has NOT passed me by. This lightweight body cream is from their cult ‘Lait’ range, which is used backstage at fashion shows. It’s a whopping bottle which is a three-in-one cleanser/ prime and moisturise dry areas. It helps skin feel instantly nourished and it’s a great one to use before putting your foundation on. I love it.

COOL: Oh let me count the ways in which I love these Topshop shoes. Mainly, they’re flat, also, navy. Heart eyes. I love the toe shape which would mean they would look as cool with cropped trousers as they would with a slightly prim midi dress. I’ve already purchased. They’re the perfect flat, running around nana shoe.

Hi just wanted to leave a comment about Frank going wonky,he’s being drawn towards the light coming in from the window so to make sure all the leaves stay healthy you will have to rotate him every now and then, that way he will even out! And will have a better shape.

    Hope that makes sense!
