New York Fashion Week, September 13th 2015.
Victoria Beckham showed off her SS16 collection yesterday to a packed audience in New York (including husband David and eldest son Brooklyn).

And while the collection of luxe separates in suede, leather, gingham prints and pops of colour, along with beautifully draped, sport-inspired dresses showed off her design credentials, it was the wearable hair and make up that caught my eye.
Despite the fact it’s all about next season – the pared-down, polished hair and make up look is one that is SO easy to replicate all year around.

Make up guru Pat McGrath was behind the look – which she described as ‘chic, but almost sporty.’
Dewy skin, thick brows and minimal lips – apart from the finale, which featured a bold orange/red lipstick – looked clean and modern.

It’s a natural look which looks almost bare, so the prep was done by skincare guru Sunday Riley, who debuted her soon-to-be-released ‘Pro’ line – including the fabulous sounding ‘Luminous Gel Mist.’

As well as using a simple brown eyeshadow, the make-up artists used THE highlighter of the moment – Madina Milano’s Chic and Shine stick – around eyes and cheekbones to really get that dewy glow and then thickened up eyebrows with a chubby brow stick.
