Jumper, Filippa K | Snake print bag, Marks & Spencer | Jewellery, Suitehazen, Z for Accessorize, Laura Gravestock. Signet ring from the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul.
Snake print is having a moment. But it’s fake, obviously – so perhaps it should be a faux-ment.
The easiest way to update your wardrobe this autumn is to invest in a faux snake bag – which is, like leopard, perennially chic. Plus, it pretty much goes with everything because in my world, animal print should be used like a neutral!

My bag (in the first image) costs less than thirty pounds and it’s from Marks & Spencer. No, it’s not real leather (or snake), but it goes across the body so it’s uber practical, plus it gives a new season feel to my simple day-to-day wear.
Here are some other favourites from the high street.

M&S are having a really good run at the minute in their handbag department, I’ve seen loads I’d like to try out. Hadn’t spotted this one though, thanks for the heads up!
