LONG gone are the days of nipping to the high street and grabbing a bikini off the peg.
While I may have pangs for those days of cheap and cheerful two pieces, I’ve entered a whole new world – where investing in a flattering swimming costume is not only a necessity but the chicest option.
Which is a result, as one-pieces are definitely having a moment right now.
Current labels to know include Marysia and their scalloped designs, retro eighties stripes from Solid & Striped and the perfect fit, mix and match pieces at Prism (which I am currently lusting after). FYI, the most Instagrammed bikinis are courtesy of Kiini – which has a very Copacabana beach feel.
Even the most body confident amongst us probably wouldn’t say no to a little bit of help in the swimsuit area.
So here are some of the most flattering swimsuits available right now – some aren’t cheap, but this is one area where cheap won’t always cut it.
