Which totally tropical tribe are you?

Pineapple or flamingo: which tropical camp are you in? Because you really need to be in one of them this season – both prints are everywhere.

I’m saying this as someone who – just last week – splashed out a whopping £18 (!) in Primark on two single bed sets for Lila’s room – one with a rather vibrant grey and hot pink flamingo print and the other with multi-coloured pineapples.

The photos above are of the pineapple version currently on her bed – and check out the shot I shared on Instagram below, showing the flamingo.

It was a trend I spotted during the SS15 press days – lots of gorgeous, fruity, feathery motifs writ large across everything from cushions (Debenhams) to stationery (Paperchase).

And after checking out the pretty fabulous bed-sets, it’s clear the prints are having a moment.

I’ve included some of my favourite picks for you and the kids, including two stunning (but unfortunately very expensive) skirts –  we can dream, right?

Services to swimwear are also awarded to the three brands below, who have created some of the cutest swimming costumes I’ve seen and I couldn’t ignore them!

Will you be going fruit or feather this Summer? I can’t decide. Maybe both.

    Daisy – émoi émoi

Love the skirts! Shame they’re so expensive! And you’re right about the prints – I’ve been seeing them everywhere too!
