MMM {wears} Kids M&S Wedding Outfits

Last Saturday we went to a gorgeous family wedding in London and the invitation extended to the kids – our first ever family wedding together.

Usually our brilliant parents have them when we’re invited to a wedding, but this one meant my in-laws would be there too – a whole new experience.

So apart from worrying about tantrums, potty training nightmares and whether Lila would be OK to push on through the entire day without a nap, the most obvious concern was what on earth would they wear?

The answer came in the form of Marks & Spencer, who have some amazing children’s wear this Autumn. In fact, I went a little bit mad when I popped in last week.

For Lila, I chose separates as she usually wears dresses. Plus, I totally fell in love with this skirt.

And for Charlie, I picked a brilliant dog-tooth printed shirt – the print is an actual dog – and maroon chinos, both of which he wore with a really cool Monsoon jacket that he already had.

She also wore this little Peter Pan collared top from Zara.

He also wore his new school shoes from Start-Rite and a fab Monsoon Kids striped jacket (not available any more, but also love this for Winter.)

Look out for more of my M&S purchases over the next couple of week – the shoes in particular are really strong this season.

Gorgeous! Love both of their outfits. G has those shoes in silver and she is obsessed with them. Might have to pick up that skirt for her birthday party…

She’d look so cute in it AP! It’s really reasonable as well…

That skirt is so cute and love it paired with the cardi. I have never been a fan of M&S kids clothing but it looks like they have really upped their game. Will have to go and check it out.
