At the end of last month, I headed to Tignes, a resort in the Alps with the team from La Redoute to shoot a look book for their winter collection.
It’s the third trip I have done with the brand – and I love working with them because not only are they all amazing to work with, but I always find great pieces that really work well with my own style.
I’ve been championing their homeware pieces for ages – so it’s great to be able to edit their vast collection to show my favourite pieces in the womenswear ranges too.
I’ve never been skiing before – and despite it being slightly out of season, there were some hardy souls racing down the slopes. It was awe inspiring to watch. That, combined with the most beautiful scenery, hot chocolate (complete with dunking biscuits) and plenty of fondue has definitely made me consider it as a family holiday. Apres ski all the way!
These are all the outfits I selected to show on the trip.
A big shout out has to go to the knitwear, which I layered my way over bohemian floral dresses and chunky boots.
And the coats may have filled my suitcase, but they were too good to leave behind! I loved the boyfriend check coat and the faux shearling aviator jacket which would look so cool over a simple dress as well as with jeans and a striped tee.
I hope you like my winter edit.
Thanks so much to La Redoute for taking me to the Alps with them for this trip, to Joshua Lawrence for taking such lovely photos and video – and to my partner in crime, Lindsey from Ropes of Holland who looked amazing in her picks (see her blog post here, I am TOTALLY FINE standing next to this Amazonian goddess!)
