BKD are one of the coolest kids baking classes in London, offering baking and decorating cakes, cupcakes and biscuit goodies for ages 2+.
And now owner Adelle Frejus has branched out to produce baking kits for those people who can’t make it to her N1 sessions.
As well as pin wheel kits, BKD have also created 3-D dinosaur boxes – which she kindly sent us to try.
The kits includes freshly baked dinosaur biscuits (handmade with the finest ingredients), 2 colours of fondant, icing writer, sprinkles and various sweets for decoration.
I totally loved the presentation and packaging – then I am a sucker for all things paper.
I think we needed a bit of Adelle assistance with our biscuits, which looked pretty (and tasted lovely!) – but Charlie didn’t quite get to grips with the 3-D aspect!
The kits are a great idea for a quirky present or just a rainy day treat. Charlie (and Lila!) loved letting their imaginations run with all the decorating and it was a lovely activity to do altogether.
Kits cost £15 plus £3 p&p. Check out BKD for more details. Londoners can also collect for free from Nancy’s Pantry in Dalston Square.
